Learn my workflow · live classes
There's no prompt for my videos. They come out of hundreds of small decisions: which take, which face, which frame, where to cut. The machine makes takes. A human makes the film. That's what I teach.

I'M YOUR SLOP · 10 days · 263 shots generated · 61 made the cut
Why it can't
be prompted
Anyone can get a clip out of a machine. A film is something else: a chain of choices where every one depends on the one before.
Unpromptable
No magic words. The song decides the board, the board decides the shots, and every shot is built to cut into the next one. Change one thing and the rest moves.
Slow
Slow on purpose. Generating is almost free; choosing is the work. Most of what the machine makes never reaches the screen, and that's how it should be.
Human
The machine doesn't know what's funny, what's sad or what's too much. You do. Take care of every detail: nobody notices one, everybody feels all of them.
The path
of a video
Eight steps, from the song to the final cut. In every one, the machine offers and you decide. This is the path we walk in class.
- 01
The song
ten takes of the same song.
the one that works when you hear it walking down the street.
- 02
The board
the beat, the words, the parts.
what happens in every second, before spending a cent.
- 03
The look
any face, any place.
one face and one world, the same in every shot.
- 04
The pictures
hundreds of stills.
the one.
- 05
The shots
a picture that moves.
where it starts, where it cuts and what comes next.
- 06
The cut
every clip on its beat.
the edit, by hand.
- 07
The words
the lyrics, on time.
a style that belongs to this song and no other.
- 08
The review
one more version.
every note on its exact second, then one last pass.
From the final cut of I'M YOUR SLOP.
How I
teach it
Not a list of prompts. You watch the decisions being made, then you make your own.
On a real video
I open one of my videos and walk you through every decision, including the takes that didn't make it and why.
On your video
Every session ends with a piece of your own video. You leave with something made, not just notes.
One step at a time
Slow on purpose: one step per session, done properly. No ten-minute hacks.
You keep the method
My way of working, set up in your own AI assistant, so it comes with you to the next video.
🔒 PrivateThe full method is shown in classI can't code. I built my own studio by talking to machines: one place where every shot, every version and every decision lives. Tools, workflow and recipes: not on this page. They're in the class.
